All orders are normally shipped within the next business day. Certain orders may require two business days or longer to ship.
Free Shipping: Any orders above $100 CAD qualify for free expedited excluding Tobacco Products.
Flat Shipping: Orders under $100 CAD have $9.00 Flat Expedited Shipping excluding Tobacco Products.
Tobacco Products Shipping: Products classified as tobacco products have a flat $19.00 CAD shipping rate. Free shipping does not apply to tobacco products even if the order is above $100 CAD.
Shipping Location: Orders will be shipped from our Vancouver location via Canada Post.
Unclaimed Packages: Packages that are returned unclaimed will be refunded less the actual shipping cost. Customers will be notified of refund and provided receipt for actual shipping cost via email.
